Responsibilities

- Designing game systems from calculations and hypotheses to implementation and improvements based on player behavior.
- Leading features from idea and requirements to release, synchronizing cross-team work and making data-driven decisions.
- Developing key economic models that define resource relationships and player behavior.
- Creating loot boxes: structure, content, balancing.
- Analyzing metrics and player behavior, proposing and implementing changes in balance and game events.
- Participating in the development of systems and feature decompositions for the team.
Requirements
