Game Designer

Heatherglade is an international game studio developing its own mobile idle games, managing processes from concept to release, and prides itself on its product, technical, and analytical expertise. Current projects include Idle Guy, From Zero To Hero, and others.

- Take responsibility for key product decisions within the project. - Define product development priorities and roadmap with the CPO. - Analyze the market and identify trends, form ideas and concepts for new games with the CPO. - Lead the product from idea to live-ops. - Develop and improve games post-release. - Design game mechanics, balance, and monetization. - Participate in prototype testing and launching new idle games. - Create and maintain Game Design Documents (GDD). - Work with data: form hypotheses, conduct A/B tests, make decisions based on metrics. - Collaborate with development, art, analytics, marketing, and QA teams.

- 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer in mobile games (idle/casual is a plus). - Experience in all stages of development (from concept to live-ops). - Ability to write and maintain GDD. - Experience with mechanics, balance, monetization, and analytics. - Understanding of mobile game UX. - Ability to prioritize tasks, communication skills with teams (art, development, marketing). - English at Upper Intermediate level or higher (preferred).
