Responsibilities
- Shape and execute the product’s growth strategy, from roadmap planning and budgeting to performance reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing on acquisition efficiency and channel strategy.
- Lead competitor and market analysis, business modeling, and P&L forecasting.
- Conduct player research and leverage in-depth product metrics to guide decisions.
- Own LiveOps efficiency, feature prioritization, and product backlog delivery.
- Improve UX with UI/UX teams, gameplay depth, and monetization.
- Ensure process transparency, delivery on time and budget, and effective cross-team collaboration.
- Lead and inspire a team of 50+ professionals, maintaining a results-focused, healthy culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years as Producer, Product Manager, or Lead Game Designer in mobile games.
- Strong midcore mobile game experience — ideally team battlers.
- Deep understanding of mobile game market trends and audience behavior.
- Data-savvy mindset: hypothesis testing, analytics, LiveOps, monetization strategy.
- Logical, structured, and solution-oriented thinker.
- Fluency in English and Russian.
