Responsibilities
- Define and execute a global liquidity acquisition and retention strategy.
- Build and lead a high-performing account management team.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of liquidity provider relationships.
- Partner closely with Trading, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal teams.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in institutional sales, liquidity management, or market-making.
- Demonstrable track record of managing relationships with institutional liquidity providers.
- Deep understanding of order book dynamics and market microstructure.
- Strong existing network across institutional trading firms.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements.
