Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic People Partner for Servicing Operations and Product Operations teams
- Develop and implement people strategy, metrics, and OKRs
- Work on performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning
- Collaborate with the Recruitment team on hiring forecasts and talent planning
- Support organizational design, change management, and employee engagement
- Develop leadership capability and leadership development initiatives
- Work with HR CoE on complex HR and Employee Relations cases
- Enhance DEI initiatives and improve employee experience
- Analyze people metrics, engagement surveys, and HR risks
- Support leaders in talent management and organizational transformation
Requirements
- Experience as an HR Business Partner / People Partner in a high-growth environment
- Experience working with global and distributed teams
- Strong skills in people analytics and data-driven decision making
- Experience in organizational development and change management
- Project management and strategic HR partnership skills
- Experience with Employee Relations cases
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
