Job description
The Luxor team has built a range of solutions for Bitcoin mining and compute power. Our Hardware Desk facilitates the global trade of specialized hardware to our clients and trading partners — we move tens of thousands of machines a month and operate one of the highest-volume desks globally.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and process commercial documents including NDAs, sales agreements, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Assist the sales team in identifying and vetting hardware supply sources.
- Research and document product specifications for logistics and compliance purposes.
- Log and maintain accurate deal, contact, and account data in CRM.
- Manage the end-to-end process for registering Luxor as an authorized reseller.
- Pull, clean, and analyze sales and pipeline data to produce performance reports.
Requirements
- Based in the United States or Canada.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales operations, trade operations, logistics, or administrative role.
- Familiarity with U.S. export regulations and international shipping documentation.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, HubSpot strongly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of commercial document workflows.
- Solid data skills, comfortable working in Excel or Google Sheets.
