Job description
We are an IT company with 8 years of experience. We are currently looking for a designer who can work with interfaces, loves creative tasks, and wants to grow with a strong team.
Responsibilities
- Create adaptive layouts for landing pages, websites, and web applications;
- Develop user scenarios and interface logic;
- Create creatives for social media, advertising campaigns, newsletters, and banners;
- Develop and maintain UI components and design systems;
- Prepare layouts for handover to development and interact with the frontend team;
- Build websites on Tilda;
- Propose new ideas and visual solutions for product development.
Requirements
- Commercial experience as a designer for at least 2 years;
- A strong portfolio;
- Proficient in Figma;
- Experience with Tilda;
- Good understanding of UX/UI, composition, typography, and modern web trends;
- Ability to independently develop concepts and visual solutions;
- Desire to grow and take responsibility.
Conditions
- Schedule 5/2, from 11:00 to 19:00;
- Initially office-based, located in Moscow City (later hybrid or remote options for strong candidates);
- First month salary — 80,000 ₽;
- After that, from 100,000 to 120,000 ₽+ based on performance;
- One interview + test task.
