- Develop and manage lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Implement strategies based on segmentation, personalization, and automated user journeys.
- Analyze campaign data and user behavior.
- Conduct A/B testing and other optimization methodologies.
- Collaborate with product, content, and operations teams.
- Report KPIs and campaign results.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or campaign management roles.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Proven experience executing lifecycle and acquisition campaigns.
- Knowledge of segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Bilingual capability in Spanish and Portuguese is highly desirable.
