Game Gears are cool specialists ready to share their experience and knowledge. Remote work from anywhere in the world, founders with many years of experience in the gaming industry, and of course, amazing high-level games. Our team is constantly growing and developing, and we are always happy to welcome new professionals on board!
We are currently creating a full-cycle automation system for social media content channels — from idea to publication and analytics. The system generates content strategies, creates videos, publishes, tests hypotheses, and optimizes channels.
Responsibilities
You will be the key person between the product, AI system, and real social media:
- Create and launch new channels (YouTube / IG / TikTok / FB)
- Manually set up and connect accounts
- Interact with platforms (FB / TikTok / Meta / YouTube)
- emails, requests, obtaining access / API / permissions
- Operational management of channels through system tools
- Monitor statistics, logs, and experiment results
- Transform abstract tasks ("create a channel about X") into concrete actions and settings
- Work with AI tools (active interaction through Claude / ChatGPT-like systems)
- Set up and test content hypotheses
- Identify and resolve issues in publication / automation processes
Requirements
A plus will be:
- Experience managing YouTube / TikTok / Instagram projects
- Work with content automation or marketing stacks
- Experience in video production (even basic)
- Understanding of growth / SMM / performance logic
- Experience working in a startup / R&D / product team
Conditions
- Schedule 5/2, 8-hour workday (1-hour break).
