- Manage sales through WB / Ozon / pharmacy platforms
- Understand audience behavior and adapt presentation
- Identify growth points in each channel
### Creativity and Conversion
- Increase CTR and conversion rates
- Set tasks for banners, cards, videos
- Test hypotheses
### Social Media
- Understand how social media affects sales
- Participate in content logic formation
- Connect content → transition → purchase
### Analytics and Economics
- Calculate funnels by channels
- Understand unit economics
- Make decisions based on data
Requirements
### Candidate Requirements
- Experience in increasing revenue through e-commerce channels
- Understanding of differences between sales channels
- Ability to connect marketing and finance
### Not Suitable If
- Only worked with social media without sales impact
- No experience with e-commerce
- Do not analyze metrics (CTR, CR, ROMI, etc.)
Conditions
### What We Offer
- Work format: remote
- Fixed salary: 300,000 ₽
- Bonus: up to 100–180,000 ₽ quarterly
- Review after 3 months based on results
