Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day activities and projects within the Growth Marketing Team.
- Assist in delivering initiatives related to automating growth workflows, building AI-powered marketing tools, rapid experimentation with non-engineering stacks.
- Conduct research, analysis, and reporting to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Compliance, Data and Customer Success.
- Prepare documentation, presentations, or insights for internal stakeholders.
- Learn industry best practices and contribute ideas to improve processes and outcomes.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative/technical field (e.g., Engineering, Analytics, Applied Sciences).
- Technical curiosity, automation-first mindset, experimental builder, growth hacker energy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
