Responsibilities
- Identify, test, and scale new growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement marketing automation, analytics, and attribution models.
- Lead the development and execution of growth marketing strategy.
- Manage complex marketing funnels and A/B testing frameworks.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams.
- Deliver on key performance indicators and contribute to revenue growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, focusing on growth or demand generation.
- Proven ability to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in B2B crypto, fintech, or regulated industries.
- Strong leadership experience managing marketing teams.
- Expertise in ABM strategies, SEO, SEM, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
