Responsibilities
- Launch and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, X, and Reddit.
- Drive traffic and submissions for ebooks, reports, and webinars.
- Connect ads, organic social, landing pages, and email sequences into cohesive conversions.
- Test audiences, creatives, landing pages, and funnels.
- Track demo conversions, pipeline impact, and ROI using HubSpot and product analytics.
- Collaborate with designers, content, and sales.
Requirements
- 2-4 years in performance or growth marketing, ideally B2B SaaS.
- Experience managing $10K+/month budgets.
- Hands-on with multiple channels (paid ads, organic social, influencer/partner campaigns, email, content promotion).
- Familiar with B2B SaaS funnels and attribution.
- Strong analytical skills with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Comfortable with HubSpot and GA4.
- Strong written and spoken English.
