Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end logistics of B2B marketing events.
- Source, negotiate, and manage external vendors.
- Build engagement strategies to maximize pipeline impact.
- Own and manage marketing budgets across events and campaigns.
- Manage workflows, lead scoring, and reporting dashboards on HubSpot.
- Use AI tools daily across the workflow.
- Collaborate with content and design teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
- Solid experience managing events and marketing budgets.
- Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Heavy, daily user of AI tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
- Based in Mexico City with availability for occasional travel.
