Responsibilities
• Transform Dmitry's content, cases, Zoom analyses, presentations, and Telegram into a clear system: content → lead magnet → Telegram/bot → warming up → application → OP → sale
• Build funnels for workshops, Zoom analyses, and the Accelerator;
• Write texts: posts, offers, warm-ups, CTAs, messages for the bot;
• Extract strong meanings from content and cases;
• Turn long videos/Zoom/presentations into marketing mechanics;
• Create lead magnets: checklists, diagnostics, error maps, bot surveys;
• Manage the technician, designer, and editor, but not shift thinking onto them;
• Connect Telegram, YouTube, Reels/Shorts, and the database into one system;
• Work with OP on lead quality;
• Monitor metrics and refine funnels.
