Job description

Responsibilities
- Identifying and approaching high-value liquidity providers: institutional funds, DAOs, protocol treasuries, family offices, and on-chain whales
- Using on-chain data and analytics to build targeted outreach lists and understand capital flow patterns
- Structuring the narrative and value proposition for different LP profiles (institutional vs. on-chain native)
- Managing ongoing relationships with key LPs: onboarding support, yield optimization guidance, escalation handling
- Coordinating with BD and incentives teams to create tailored LP acquisition packages
- Tracking LP pipeline and reporting on TVL attribution from growth efforts
Requirements
- Comfortable in institutional relationship conversations
- Fluent on-chain (highly familiar with on-chain data, loop strategies, aToken mechanics, risk parameters)
- Experience in a capital markets, treasury, or institutional BD role within DeFi or TradFi-meets-DeFi
- Strong existing network among DeFi-native treasuries, institutional allocators, or custodians a strong plus
- Data-driven approach to identifying and prioritizing LP targets
- Self-starter who can build the LP growth function largely from scratch
