Responsibilities
- Own and manage multi-channel CRM campaigns to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Conduct A/B testing on messaging and campaign structures using SQL and BI tools.
- Analyze post-campaign results to provide actionable insights.
- Design and manage growth projects like voucher programs and loyalty schemes.
- Monitor user behavior data to improve conversion.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure high ROI.
- Partner with Product, Data, and Design teams to streamline marketing processes.
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in crypto and digital marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Growth Marketing, CRM, or Marketing Operations.
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Optimove.
- Hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools like Tableau, Excel, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- Familiarity with SQL and advanced spreadsheet modeling.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Logical problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
