- Handle incoming warm leads (Spanish-speaking scam victims) - Bring leads to contract signing with the legal team - Work through CRM with prepared scripts tailored to client pain points - Collaborate closely with case managers and team lead

- 21+ - Spanish proficiency is a plus - PC/laptop, headset, stable internet - Discipline and results-oriented ### Preferred Qualifications - Experience in recovery/chargeback/legal sales - Work in Spanish-speaking call centers - Understanding of scam broker schemes, forex, binary options, crypto scams - Experience with CRM (Chatterfy) - No experience considered only if Spanish is native level and has a sales voice.
