Responsibilities
• Manage and scale channels: SEO, Influence, Affiliate.
• Develop the partner network (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid).
• Optimize funnels, work with BI analytics and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with the product team to enhance conversion and retention.
Requirements
• 5+ years in iGaming acquisition, with at least 3 years in a Head / Team Lead position.
• Top expertise in SEO, Affiliate, and working with streamers and influencers.
• Strong analytical skills, understanding of unit economics (LTV, FTD, Retention).
• Deep knowledge of the CIS market.
