Job description
An international iGaming team and affiliate program actively expanding in Tier-2 / Tier-3 markets (Asia, CIS, LATAM). We are strengthening our affiliate direction and seeking a strong Head of Affiliate to lead the launch and scaling of the affiliate function in specific GEOs.
Responsibilities
- Successfully launch and develop new GEOs, test and scale markets (Tier-3).
- Search, connect, and develop partners.
- Build strategy and KPIs for the direction, manage affiliate models: RevShare / Hybrid / Fix.
- Build and manage a team (hiring, development, control).
- Manage budgets and payroll.
Requirements
- 3+ years of management experience in affiliate marketing in iGaming.
- Strong theoretical and practical foundation, understanding of traffic sources and full work cycle.
- Ability to independently build processes without micromanagement.
- Own partner base, experience with RevShare and Hybrid models, network in iGaming.
- Practical experience with GEOs: Turkey, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, India, Bangladesh, Philippines (or others in Tier-2 and Tier-3).
- English language.
