Looking for a Head of Affiliate Support in the iGaming industry. Responsibilities include supporting affiliate partners, managing incoming requests, and ensuring service quality.

- Process and coordinate incoming requests via CRM and ticket systems
- Monitor SLA compliance and timely resolution of inquiries
- Escalate complex cases and coordinate their resolution with internal teams
- Conduct onboarding for new partners and support during the launch phase
- Monitor service quality and identify areas for improvement
Requirements

- Experience in a similar position
- Experience in the iGaming industry
- Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail
- Upper-Intermediate English level
