Job description
We are looking for a Head of Affiliates to develop the affiliate direction for an existing iGaming product, focusing on the casino vertical and traffic acquisition in CIS countries.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Develop and implement affiliate strategy for the casino vertical;
- Enhance traffic acquisition in CIS countries;
- Find, onboard, and develop new affiliate partners;
- Work with the existing partner base;
- Identify the most effective sources and models for traffic acquisition;
- Test new channels, formats, and affiliate activities;
- Negotiate with major partners, webmasters, teams, and networks;
- Control the quality, volume, and effectiveness of attracted traffic;
- Analyze FTD, deposits, retention, and other key metrics;
- Formulate KPI and motivation system for the affiliate team;
- Set up and optimize internal processes;
- Hire and develop the team as the direction scales.
Requirements
### Requirements
- Relevant experience as Head of Affiliates in an iGaming product for 1-2 years;
- Deep understanding of affiliate acquisition in CIS markets;
- Own active base of partners and webmasters;
- Ability to independently build the direction and be responsible for results;
- Strong negotiation and management skills;
- Understanding of affiliate platforms, postback, tracking, and analytics;
- English language at least B2.
