We are a company that helps iGaming operators increase the retention of VIP players through scalable gifting and concierge solutions.
Responsibilities
### Main Tasks
- Build and develop the Business Development function and commercial strategy from scratch
- Formulate and strengthen the value proposition and product positioning in the market
- Independently manage outbound sales and develop partnerships at an early stage
- Full management of the B2B sales cycle: lead generation, outreach, negotiations, and deal closure
- Build scalable sales processes, pipeline, reporting, and commercial infrastructure
- Identify and develop new growth points in the EU and CIS markets
- Establish and maintain relationships with key players in the iGaming industry
- Closely interact with the Founder on commercial development and strategy
- Represent the company at international industry events (ICE, SiGMA, etc.)
Requirements
### What is Important
- Strong experience in B2B Business Development / Sales leadership in the iGaming sector
- Hands-on approach and willingness to personally participate in sales
- Successful experience in closing high-value deals and managing long sales cycles
- Deep understanding of the iGaming market and decision-making structure
- Strong strategic and operational skills
- Fluent in English and Russian
- A personal network of contacts in iGaming
