Responsibilities
- Serve as the Primary Compliance Officer for Alpaca Singapore.
- Maintain a comprehensive compliance framework.
- Interpret regulatory requirements and lead implementation.
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings to MAS.
- Oversee AML/CFT program and sanctions oversight.
- Develop compliance policies and governance structures.
- Partner with cross-functional teams for regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Experience as a Head of Compliance.
- Knowledge of AML/CFT, regulatory governance, and MAS regulations.
- Strong risk judgment and cross-functional partnership skills.
