Responsibilities
- Audit and restructure creative processes
- Manage and develop the team
- Build a production and testing system for creatives
- Align creatives with business metrics
- Develop and implement creative strategy
- Collaborate with the media buying team
Requirements
- Experience as a Creative Director / Head of Creative for at least 2 years
- Production experience for Facebook Ads for at least 2 years
- 5+ years in performance marketing or arbitrage
- Experience implementing AI in creative processes
- Team management experience of at least 10 people
- Skills in building and optimizing processes
