Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM strategy for all brands
- Manage CRM team and ensure KPI achievement
- Deep audience segmentation and behavioral scenario building
- Implement and improve automated communication chains
- Analyze campaign effectiveness using BI systems
- Prepare regular reports for management
- Organize and control A/B testing processes
- Collaborate with product managers and designers
- Work with analytics department on churn prediction models
- Analyze competitor CRM strategies
- Create and calculate profitability of bonus strategies
- Test new channels and hypotheses regularly
Requirements
- Ability to develop long-term retention strategies
- Advanced audience segmentation skills
