Job description
We are an international product iGaming company focused on Tier-1 markets. Our portfolio includes 4 active products and the launch of a new brand.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM strategy for all brands - Manage CRM team and ensure KPI achievement - Deep audience segmentation and behavioral scenario building - Implement and improve automated communication chains - Analyze campaign effectiveness using BI systems - Prepare regular reports for management - Organize and control A/B testing processes - Collaborate with product managers and designers - Work with analytics department on churn prediction models - Analyze competitor CRM strategies - Create and calculate profitability of bonus strategies - Test new channels and hypotheses regularly
Requirements
- Ability to develop long-term retention strategies - Advanced audience segmentation skills - Deep understanding of bonus policies and loyalty programs - Experience with multichannel communication strategies - Technical ability to implement complex marketing scenarios - Expert knowledge of marketing automation platforms - Experience with email builders and push services - Data-driven decision-making skills - Experience with analytics and BI tools - SQL knowledge is a significant advantage
