Requirements
• Experience in iGaming (Tier-1 markets).
• 2+ years in CRM/Retention, at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Ability to work with data and make decisions.
• Leadership qualities.
• English Upper-Intermediate+ and knowledge of Ukrainian.
• Development and optimization of retention strategy (LTV, ARPU, retention).
• Management of communications: email, push, SMS, in-app, WhatsApp, etc.
• Analysis of player behavior, segmentation, A/B testing.
• Leading a team and interacting with product, marketing, and analytics.
