Seeking a Head of Development / CTO with extensive experience in software development and team management for AI products and mobile applications.

Requirements

### Requirements - 5–10+ years of experience in Software Development. - 3+ years in a role such as CTO / Head of Development / Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering / Technical Director / Development Lead. - Experience managing teams of 10+ people. - Experience launching and scaling Web, Mobile, or SaaS products. - Strong technical background. - Experience with AI / LLM / GenAI projects is a plus. - Experience with Telegram Mini Apps is a plus. - Experience building multiple product teams simultaneously is a plus. - Experience scaling high-load systems is a plus. - Experience in startups and fast-growing product companies is a plus.
