Job description
We are building an infrastructure B2B platform for banks, fintech, and the digital asset market. We are a Skolkovo resident and are currently at the epicenter of the largest financial market reshaping in Russia over the last 10 years.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities - Personal sales: You will approach banks, payment systems, and crypto infrastructure projects, managing deals from the first cold contact to liquidity provision. - Go-to-market in the CIS and beyond: Package sales stories from scratch under the new regulatory realities of 2026. - Strategy: Work directly with the CEO to determine which features to develop to close million-dollar deals today. - Team: Once you confirm the model and close the first contracts, you will build and lead the enterprise sales team.
Requirements
### Requirements - Experience in 'complex' fintech: You have sold heavy software (Core Banking, RegTech, Anti-fraud) and understand the difference between SaaS for SMEs and banking system integration. - Knowledge of CIS specifics: You are aware of how procurement works in large organizations and how to navigate bureaucratic deadlocks. - Hands-on approach: We need someone who enjoys closing deals themselves, not just managing others. - Networking: Live contacts in banks, fintechs, or regulators will be a significant advantage.
