Job description

Responsibilities
- Control financial flows (commissions, chargebacks, settlements with merchants)
- Develop management and financial reporting
- Budgeting, financial modeling, forecasting (unit economics, new markets)
- Participate in pricing and prepare materials for investors
- Build KPIs with CEO and product team
- Formulate product and IT requirements (accounting, dashboards, analytics)
- Manage and develop the finance team
Requirements
- Experience as Head of Finance / CFO / VP Finance
- Fintech / payments / acquiring / banking
- Understanding of payment gateway economics (interchange, fraud, chargebacks, etc.)
- Strong financial modeling and analytics
- Experience in fast-growing companies
- Plus: crypto
