Head of Finance

Offchain is looking for a Head of Finance with over 10 years of experience in finance leadership, particularly in high-growth tech environments. The role requires strategic vision and exceptional communication skills.

🔹What you’ll need: - Proven Executive Tenure: 10+ years of progressive finance leadership, with significant scale-up experience in high-growth technology environments. - Strategic Visionary: A track record of moving beyond the "numbers" to influence company strategy, fundraising, and organizational design at the Board and executive levels. - High-Agency Leadership: Experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing finance and accounting teams from the ground up. - Advanced Financial Architecture: Mastery of complex financial modeling, including the ability to synthesize multifaceted data sets into clear, actionable executive narratives. - Operational Excellence: The ability to instill structure and discipline in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment without sacrificing the agility required for a scaling startup. - Exceptional Communication: Poise and clarity when presenting to the Board, investors, and external regulatory bodies, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders. 🔹Nice to have: - Deep Web3 or Fintech Experience: A sophisticated understanding of the crypto landscape, including treasury management of digital assets and the nuances of blockchain-native financial operations.
