Job description
We are an international IT holding operating at the intersection of performance marketing, AI, and digital products.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the global traffic acquisition / performance marketing direction
- Manage traffic buying across multiple GEOs simultaneously
- Build acquisition strategies for EU, US, LATAM, MENA, APAC, and emerging markets
- Identify new traffic sources, arbitrage opportunities, and scalable acquisition channels
- Own performance metrics including CAC, CPA, ROI, ROMI, LTV, and retention efficiency
- Analyze auction dynamics, CPM/CPC fluctuations, conversion behavior, and traffic quality
- Launch, test, and rapidly scale new acquisition hypotheses
- Monitor global market trends, algorithm shifts, platform changes, and emerging acquisition opportunities
Requirements
- Strong hands-on (5+ years) experience in international traffic acquisition (EU/US markets required)
- Deep understanding of the global performance marketing ecosystem
- Expertise across Meta, TikTok, Google, Native, DSP, Programmatic, Affiliate ecosystems, and alternative traffic channels
- Experience working with multi-GEO products and campaigns
- Data-driven decision-making approach
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, high-growth environments
- Strong advantage: experience in AI-first products, SaaS, affiliate ecosystems, ad-tech, or creator economy projects
- Nice to Have
- Strong network within the performance marketing ecosystem
- Understanding of alternative / non-traditional traffic acquisition channels
- Experience with AI automation, predictive analytics, or AI agents
- Experience building internal media buying infrastructure from scratch
- Strong market intuition and awareness of emerging traffic opportunities
