Job description
We are the largest shipping company in St. Petersburg with ambitious development plans and a strong team of professionals. Our company transports over 1.3 million passengers during the navigation season.
Responsibilities
- Organizing the marketing and advertising department's work: task setting, prioritization, deadline and quality control;
- Formulating the company's marketing strategy in collaboration with management;
- Planning and launching effective advertising campaigns:
- digital (context, targeting, social media, SEO/content);
- offline (outdoor, print, sales points/wharves, participation in exhibitions and city events);
- Managing the company's image and increasing brand awareness;
- Developing and launching loyalty programs for B2C clients (repeat purchases, promo codes, special offers);
- Participating in professional competitions and awards, preparing applications;
- Expanding and developing cooperation with information partners, city portals, media, and bloggers;
- Regularly monitoring competitors and industry trends;
- Researching the target audience: needs, motives, behavior, seasonality of demand;
- Planning and controlling the marketing budget: plan/fact, optimizing expenses;
- Controlling document flow in marketing, preparing reports for management;
- Interacting with other departments of the company.
Requirements
- Education: higher education preferably in marketing, advertising, management, tourism, economics, or related fields;
- Additional professional training: courses in digital marketing, analytics, brand marketing, project management are a plus;
- Preferred experience: head of marketing department for at least 3 years;
- Skills and knowledge: practical understanding of key marketing metrics (conversion, CAC, ROMI, LTV/repeat purchase frequency), experience with web analytics (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics) and advertising platforms (Yandex Direct, VK, etc.) at the level of task setting and report analysis, experience working with contractors (agencies, freelancers: performance, SEO, production);
- Proficiency in PC: Excel, Word, Outlook, Bitrix24, skill in working with AI;
- Experience in negotiations.

- Work schedule: from 10:00 to 19:00, 5/2, possible work on weekends (if necessary);
