Head of Marketing CEX

An Asian crypto exchange, operating since 2017, is entering the CIS market (starting with Russia). We are building marketing from scratch — there is a budget, a product with a strong unique selling proposition, and an ambassador with a large audience in the crypto niche.

### Responsibilities - Develop and implement a strategy for entering the CIS market with the team. - Work closely with the brand ambassador to build operational synergy. - Target two audiences simultaneously: experienced traders and those without a crypto background. - Manage paid traffic and organic growth, building an influencer channel. - Package the product to instill trust and offer an appealing proposition for both experienced traders and newcomers to crypto. - Conduct customer development, test hypotheses, and scale what works. - Communicate with the Asian team in English.

### Requirements - Proven relevant cases of working in the CIS market. - Experience in a crypto exchange or other fintech B2C products. - Proficient in both paid traffic and organic growth, as well as influencer marketing. - Ability to package complex financial products into clear and trusted offers for diverse audiences. - Familiarity with CAC, LTV, ROI, P&L metrics. - English proficiency for business communication. - Understanding of the specifics of promoting financial products in Russia. - Experience launching referral and partnership programs. - Higher education.
