Job description
Looking for a Head of Marketplace Advertising to manage advertising on Ozon, Wildberries, and Yandex Market. Responsibilities include campaign management, team leadership, and analytics.
Responsibilities
• Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns on all three platforms
• Work with all formats: search, recommendations, media, promotions, and special placements
• Manage external traffic and synchronize it with internal
• Control DRR, ROMI, CPC, CR, and gross revenue
• Media planning for promotions, seasonality, and company growth
• Work with a pool of ~400 SKUs: scaling, launching, and refining
• Lead a team of 3-4 managers: tasks, training, regulations
• Daily analytics and reporting across the funnel
Requirements
• Experience with marketplaces for at least 2 years
• Experience managing advertising budgets and a team
• Strong analytics and understanding of unit economics
• Ability to work with a large assortment (hundreds of SKUs)
Bonus: experience with external traffic, media advertising, or in FMCG/pet food categories
