Job description
Looking for a Head of Media Buying to develop and implement traffic acquisition strategies in the iGaming sector. Must have experience in team management and Facebook Ads.
Responsibilities
### Your Role: - Develop and implement traffic acquisition strategy - Manage and develop a team of media buyers and team leads (involvement in hiring, onboarding, motivation) - Build and scale processes from scratch - Control ad launches, traffic volumes, and key metrics - Test new combinations and pass the best solutions to the team - Manage and allocate budgets - Monitor the market and find new growth points - Train and develop the team
Requirements
### We Expect: - 3+ years of experience with Facebook Ads - 3+ years in iGaming - 1+ year in a leadership position (Head / Team Lead) - Experience in team and budget management - Experience with PWA and various geos (Tier 1–2-3) - Strong analytical thinking and results orientation
