Job description

Responsibilities
- Build the mobile game rental service from scratch;
- Form and develop the team;
- Participate in development and technical decision-making;
- Establish processes within the team and organize effective interaction;
- Develop growth plans and define KPIs;
- Monitor goal achievement and task quality;
- Actively participate in product development during scaling.
Requirements
- Experience as a development manager in a similar application rental service (PWA);
- Practical experience with iOS applications or managing mobile development including iOS and Android;
- Experience in iGaming;
- Understanding of traffic arbitration specifics;
- Willingness to combine management tasks with hands-on work;
- Structure, organization, and a high level of responsibility.
