International company in active growth phase seeks a strong Head of Operations to manage key operational processes and ensure efficient internal systems.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational activities of the company;
- Control payment infrastructure: deposits, withdrawals, PSP, processing flows;
- Optimize KYC, anti-fraud, and chargeback management processes;
- Coordinate and oversee Support, Payments, Risk & Anti-Fraud teams;
- Build and improve internal operational processes;
- Control SLA, request processing speed, and service quality;
- Analyze operational metrics and enhance team efficiency;
- Collaborate with Product, CRM, Affiliate, and Tech departments to synchronize processes;
- Automate manual processes and reduce operational risks;
- Monitor team performance and quality of work.
Requirements
### Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in iGaming as Head of Operations / Operations Manager / Payments Manager;
- Practical experience with payment flows, KYC, PSP, anti-fraud, and support operations;
- Understanding of retention and customer lifecycle;
- Ability to establish processes in a fast-growing environment;
- Systematic approach, high level of autonomy;
- Experience in team management and operational KPIs.
