Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies for payment processing and reconciliations.
- Prepare and present operational performance reports for Senior Management and the Board.
- Oversee global payment operations and reconciliation processes.
- Manage operational risks and compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and infrastructure optimization.
- Lead and inspire the Malta Payment Ops and Reconciliation teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within a regulated payment business.
- Experience in a high-growth tech company or startup.
- Deep understanding of global FIAT payment rails and digital assets.
- Strong financial acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead process changes and organizational transitions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
