Head Of Operations (HoO)

DiamondWorld is the largest Prison server in Minecraft, known for its PrisonEvo mode. With over 1 million players and a peak online presence of 2000+, we are expanding to the EU/NA markets. Our team of 20 is in active growth, and we need a Head of Operations to ensure scalable and efficient operations.

As Head of Operations, you will: - Launch EU/NA as a managed process (roadmap, dependencies, critical path) - Establish operational rhythm (weekly sync, decision recording, execution control) - Coordinate between departments and control timelines - Implement departmental KPI systems - Manage strategic initiative dashboards - Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks - Reduce operational load on the CEO

We are looking for someone with: - 3+ years in operations management/project management - Experience in process building or optimization - Ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously - Strong structuring and decomposition skills - Ability to meet deadlines and enforce execution - Analytical thinking Preferred: - Experience in IT/gamedev/digital - Experience in fast-growing projects - Experience implementing KPIs
