Job description
UR is the account layer for the open economy — the regulated infrastructure that lets wallets, developers, and financial platforms give their users a real financial account through one API. We combine a personal IBAN, seven on-chain currencies, SEPA and SWIFT rails, Mastercard, and built-in compliance into six modular building blocks.
Responsibilities
- Own the partnership pipeline.
- Identify, approach, negotiate, and close integration deals with self-custody wallets, exchanges, neobanks, and corporate clients.
- Build and manage relationships with existing partners to grow adoption and deepen integration.
- Drive corporate account acquisition.
- Represent UR at conferences, in industry conversations, and across crypto/fintech communities.
- Shape the BD playbook.
- Feed product insights back to the product team.
Requirements
- 4+ years in business development or partnerships at a crypto infrastructure, fintech infrastructure, or digital asset company.
- Existing relationships with wallet providers, exchanges, or crypto platforms — especially in Asia and Europe.
- Track record of closing integration / API partnerships.
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team with high autonomy.
- Understand what an API integration involves — can speak to technical and business stakeholders.
Conditions
- Competitive base + meaningful equity.
- Direct access to the founding team.
- A clear target list: ~50 high-value wallet and exchange partners globally.
- Corporate prospect pipeline in crypto-native companies with treasury/FX needs.
