Job description
We are an advertising agency with over 150 people on our team. We are growing and opening a strategic role, looking for not just a specialist, but a person with a name and connections in the arbitrage market.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities - Monitor the market: conferences, TG communities, personal network - Identify teams with potential — working connections, volume, desire to grow - Negotiate - Pass teams to the internal HR flow — you are the client, not the executor - Formulate infrastructure requirements for each team - Maintain relationships with team TL and grow conditions as volumes increase - Keep a pulse on what other holdings offer
Requirements
### Requirements - 2+ years in arbitrage as a market participant, not an observer - Personal network among team leads and owners (will be checked on the first call) - Ability to conduct long negotiations — build trust, not pressure - Describe processes, manage CRM, do not keep everything in your head - Attend Affiliate World, MAC, Sigma or be ready to travel actively - Experience in a BizDev or Affiliate Manager role is a big plus.
