Responsibilities
- Build and scale the People function end-to-end (People + Talent)
- Launch and manage the performance management cycle
- Coach managers and elevate management standards
- Develop AI-driven HR processes and automation
- Implement scalable HR systems and self-service approaches
- Develop hiring strategy and talent engine
- Retain key employees and manage performance differentiation
- Ensure compliance (including FCA requirements)
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team
- Influence the business through people solutions
Requirements
- Experience scaling companies (100 → 500 employees)
- Strong experience in People + Talent areas
- Expertise in performance-driven environments
- Experience coaching managers
- Understanding of regulated environments (FCA or similar)
- Systemic thinking and process automation experience
- Experience with AI and modern HR tools
- Strong business acumen
- Confident communication skills
