Responsibilities
- Build and develop the People Care Center from scratch
- Improve employee experience and work environment
- Manage benefits (insurance, training, sports, etc.)
- Develop offices and culture hubs
- Lead a team of office managers
- Implement efficiency metrics (SLA, NPS)
- Plan budget and maintain reporting
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in People Ops/Admin/Care roles
- Experience in creating or scaling employee services
- Experience with benefits management
- Experience in office and infrastructure management
- Team management experience
- Understanding of HR admin and relocation
- English level B2 or higher
