Job description
Ergonia, a defi trading and venture studio company backed by DRW/Cumberland, is building a short-duration binary options platform for crypto assets, built on Solana.
Responsibilities
- Own the product end-to-end: product vision, roadmap, execution, growth, and team.
- Report directly to the CEO of Ergonia Labs and Head of Defi Trading.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy.
- Lead the venture as an independent entity as the product scales.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of binary options, prediction markets, or short-duration derivatives.
- Ability to think in terms of market microstructure: order books, spreads, volatility, Greeks, pricing.
- Experience with Solana or EVM-based DeFi protocols.
