Job description
We are looking for a Head of Promoters. We're actively growing player acquisition at Hattori and we're looking for a few people for a long-term role to manage the promoter team. Down the line we plan to scale this into a full department with growth opportunities inside.
Responsibilities
### What you'll do
- find and build a team of Brand Promoters
- manage promoters, oversee their work and KPIs
- keep spreadsheets and reports
- own the workflow and organization
- help the team hit player acquisition goals
- You'll be a key part of bringing new players into the project.
### What we provide
- all materials: instructions and a ready-made system
- help and support along the way
### Format
- Full-time, remote, flexible schedule, ~8 hours a day.
- Salary: from $400 to $2000/month
- Payouts twice a month.
- Income consists of:
- fixed base
- KPI bonuses for your promoter team's results
- income from the referral system
### How it works
- You build a team of promoters. Each promoter gets a fixed payment for every player they bring in. You get a percentage of their results plus your own fixed rate.
- The fixed base gives you a minimum income, the ceiling is only limited by how well your team performs. The referral structure grows over time, and your income grows with it, depending on how well targets are met. Plus bonuses for top promoters and team leads.
About Hattori
Multiple companies use the name Hattori, so the query is ambiguous. Publicly available results point to several different Japanese firms, including Hattori Kogyo (commercial cooking equipment), Hattori Seisakusho (sorting machines), Hattori Co., Ltd. (bags), and a UK-registered HATTORI LTD (online retail).
