We are looking for a strong Head of Sales to scale our sales department and take it to the next level.
Responsibilities

- Full management of the sales department;
- Development and implementation of new funnels, connections, ideas;
- Competitor analysis and adaptation of best practices;
- Opening new directions, verticals, GEOs;
- Strategic planning and reporting to owners;
- Building processes from scratch and scaling existing ones.
Requirements
### Requirements
- Experience in managing a sales department in arbitration for at least 2 years;
- Experience with the investment and forex vertical (mandatory);
- Successful cases of scaling teams and funnels;
- Understanding of the full cycle: lead → registration → deposit → retention;
- Strategic thinking and leadership qualities;
- Willingness to sign an NDA.
