Responsibilities
- Manage the sales department and be responsible for achieving revenue targets;
- Develop and scale the team: participate in hiring, onboarding, and training employees;
- Analyze the sales funnel, identify growth points, and implement improvements;
- Develop and implement scripts, regulations, and work standards;
- Control the quality of managers' work and the efficiency of processes;
- Work with CRM, analytics, and key metrics of the department;
- Form reports and participate in the strategic development of the direction;
- Interact with other departments to achieve common business goals.
Requirements
- Experience as Head of Sales / Sales Director in Binary Options, Forex, CFD, or related financial niches for at least 2 years;
- Proven cases of revenue growth, conversion, and department scaling;
- Ability to manage a team through metrics and systematic processes;
- Ability to build KPIs, motivation systems, and forecast results.
