Job description
We are developers of a SaaS platform for processing partner traffic and managing affiliate programs. We help businesses develop new customer acquisition channels, striving for continuous growth and providing a quality product based on the latest technologies.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the sales department;
- Optimize warm and cold sales processes;
- Hire, onboard, and develop the sales team;
- Achieve personal sales targets and departmental goals, and grow key metrics;
- Conduct demos and negotiations with clients;
- Improve regulations, standards, and sales approaches;
- Participate in industry conferences.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience in IT/SaaS/B2B;
- Deep understanding of the product, market, and customer needs;
- Experience managing a sales department of 3 or more people;
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to defend one's position;
- Proficient in CRM systems and task trackers;
- English at B2 level is a plus.
