ICON Finance is a B2B financial service: OTC, wire transfers, crypto-fiat operations. We are growing rapidly and looking for someone to build sales from scratch, sell personally, and eventually create a team to do the same.
Responsibilities

- Months 1–6 (Operational Phase):
- Full audit of current sales state: conversion, average check, bottlenecks — documented and presented to CEO
- Define ICP and outbound strategy from scratch
- Personal pipeline: outreach, discovery calls, commercial proposals, closing (initially done personally)
- Work with objections in real negotiations
- Identify upsell opportunities with existing clients
- Clean handover of clients to Operations after closing — without loss of information
- Coordination with Legal/Compliance and Finance
- Transfer insights from clients to Product
- Months 6–12 (Scaling Phase):
- Hire and develop 2–3 sales managers (hunters and farmers)
- Create sales playbook: qualification logic, scripts, deal stages, work with objections
- Develop partnership and agency channels for acquisition
- Sustainable, predictable pipeline with regular reporting to CEO

- Main metric - profit per deal and growth of B2B client base, not turnover. Specific targets agreed at the start.
- Leading indicators: number of discovery calls per week, volume of active pipeline ($), outreach contacts per week.
- Final indicators: new B2B clients per month, closed deals, average check (goal: $50K+), margin per deal (%), team plan fulfillment (%) — after hiring.
Requirements

- 3–5+ years in B2B sales, Senior level with personal deal closure, not just team management
- Experience building a sales funnel from scratch - without ready infrastructure, warm leads, or scripts
- Experience managing a team of sales managers
- Understanding of the fintech/crypto market at the product level: OTC, wire, crypto-fiat
- Experience with AI tools in daily processes (ChatGPT, Claude, AI CRM, etc.)
- Strong negotiation skills, experience with large checks ($50K+ per deal)
- Independence - set tasks for yourself, do not wait for micromanagement
- English B2+ (written and spoken, for client work)

- Work format: full-time, fully remote. No micromanagement — you are responsible for results, not hours.
- Salary: $2,000 – $3,000 / month (depending on experience)
- Bonus: tied to results (agreed at the start)
- Probation period: 3 months
- Vacation: flexible system — +5 days each quarter, up to 20 days available at any time, unused days carry over.
